I had numerous contractors come in to look at the job and rarely received a bid/estimate back. My project was removing a 25' load bearing wall and putting in a glulam beam with a post support. i also replaced two windows 10x5 and 8x3, removed current kitchen window and reframed in another location, move our current slider downstairs where an old aluminum slider was, framed in the removed slider and put the new slider location down in place of the dining room window. also framed in a new 5x12 pantry (behind cabinets/refrigerator). quality and craftsmanship was excellent and the price could not be beat! We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the tile installation of our family room and kitchen. Estimator was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. Bob was meticulous with the layout of the tile and did a beautiful job installing the tile and Will completed the job with the grout work, neat as a pin. The Advance Remodeling crew did some insulation work at my home. I must say a great group of guys. They laid a mat down aso to not make a mess in my home and went right to work. Cleaned up when done. My electrician had to come back to do work and screwed up alot of what they did. And they were kind enough to come back check it on a Saturday ,off hours, and schedule me to redo the work for me. We had Servpro do water damage remediation because our insurance recommend them, they tore up the walls and floors and dried out the place. The insurance approved an amount to repair the place and we found Advance Remodeling through a directory. Almost none of my colleagues believed the project could or would be completed by the estimated timeline and even I was worried that, as with other contractors I've dealt with, there would be delays and additional costs. I was very clear and detailed as to the repairs we were paying for and discussed it at great detail. Once we had agreed to all the details in writing the crew started the project. They completed the work in time and did not once try and ask for additional money. The crew worked hard to get the job done even though they had other projects that were working on also. I was pretty picky about a few things and they never complained. I would definitely work with Advance Remodeling again in the future.

The experience from beginning to end was great! Dan, the installer is worthy of the Excellent Workmanship comment that impressed my dad to no end. It takes A LOT to receive that degree of compliment from him. I had the shower only with the 6 inch base installed so it was easier to enter and exit for him. In his words, "it is beautiful". We needed a new roof so when I saw them working on another house in my neighborhood a few months ago I asked them to get me a quote. Glad I stumbled upon them. They were much lower than the other three quotes I got, to the point that I was even a little nervous about selecting them. You know the saying, "You get what you pay for." Well, it turns out there was nothing to be worried about in this case. I researched the material they use and consider it to be as good as anything else out there. And their crew was top notch. Everyone worked hard, was very polite and amazingly quiet. My wife, who was home throughout the install, barely noticed they were there at times. The shingles look great, they tidied up nicely at the end of every day and did a really thorough clean up when they were done. Couldn't have been more pleased with how the job went.

Overall we had a great experience with Advanced Remodeling, everyone did excellent work and we are very pleased with the quality and efficiency. Everyone was considerate, polite, and non intrusive so even though we had people in the house we still felt like they were giving us privacy. The only suggestion I can make to anyone thinking of remodeling is to be very specific in what you expect to see. Terms in contracts can be somewhat generic so if something is “standard” you may want to ask them to elaborate what that looks like. We were somewhat surprised with how our bathroom came out - but it was a pleasant surprise. Then there were other things I didn’t really know what would or wouldn’t look good so I defaulted to their advice and wasn’t disappointed with the outcome. All in all, If you’re looking for top notch craftsmanship then I recommend Advanced Remodeling.

Their team came and did a complete master bathroom remodel which included necessary demolition, a master closet expansion, and a shower and vanity renovation. Advance Remodeling provided the professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail that one would expect of a superior top-notch contractor. While the project was initially somewhat slow to move forward due the company's backlog, once the work began, we could see that we were getting quality craftsmanship. We had some design changes in the middle of the project, but these were again handled professionally.
