Dan arrived as he stated. He assessed the status of my water heater and said that it needed to be replaced. He gave me the price which I agreed with and began getting the job taken care of. An upstairs condo provides some extra effort including draining the old with a longer hose, getting it down a flight of stairs, bringing the new one up those 13 stairs, getting it to fit into a tight spot and getting it all set up. He was very professional in keeping me informed of exactly what was happening. Dan was great like all the people I have had do work for me from Northwest over the years. I will continue to contact them when I need help as well as recommend them as I have before!! Keep up the good work!! Your company is the best!! Thank you, Dan, for your service!!

Mike was great to work with. He was extremely honest, helpful & professional. He alerted us that the issue was not our piping, but actually a leak from the roof. He talked us through the necessary repair & was quick to note that a replacement of the vent wasn't necessary, even though it would have been a 1k+ sale for him. I am SO appreciative his help today. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service.

I've used Northwest for many years for my home and rental property. Needed to have a cartridge replaced in a shower. Was a really old model and hard to track down. Initially they had the wrong faucet kit, but they were able to find the original one and got it setup. Works great and I always appreciate when a company takes good care of there customers.

Another good service experience. Had a leaky drain in kitchen. Service was scheduled quickly. After quickly fixing problem, we asked the tech Joe R. To check out another two other issues in the bathroom. He had to get parts in town, but was back to fix those problems the same day. Appreciate the fast and complete service.

Brian P came to reset toilet that carpet installer had me remove per his trainer or partner Joe, and install a new sprayer on kitchen sink that I bought at Aldi's but didn't realize was just a replacement for the aerator without any major installation necessary. I forgot about removing vinyl flooring while he went to get a new seal, but he pulled this before lifting toilet over the wide sink that plumbers have wiggled, shimmied and jimmied in sideways for years. Barely refraining from laughter as he had to remove the handle mid air and reassemble innerds, I was impressed by how much more comfortable it was to use after he left. Highly satisfied with his work, I will request his assignment to any future jobs I may need completed by a professional. Joe and Dan had to replace the drain under the floor in the basement. Northwest quoted the job after they had unclogged the drain a month earlier. They arrived on t8me and began the job. Without knowing all the specifics, there were unforeseen difficulties encountered. Although this would require longer to do the job (it went into the second day), it did not change the quoted price. The job was finished to everyone’s satisfaction. Finally, when it was completed, Joe was taking pictures of the job with his cellphone to show a friend. One would only take photos of something they were proud of. This is the kind of person I want working on my projects. This is why I have been a long time customer of Northwest (new furnace, central air and sump pump plus annual maintenance on HVAC. They provide consistent quality and value. I will never look for someone else to do any of my plumbing or heating needs. Thank you to Joe and Dan for a job well done.

Ask for JOE. On time. Wore mask, booties and cleaned up after himself. Diagnosed problem and correctly fixed what prior professional messed up. Explained what happened and what he will do to fix it. DON'T LOSE MY CHECK AND WAIT 9 MONTHS to contact me about it. I have the receipt saying I gave the check (including the check number that I used/wrote it on) to your technician and that he accepted it! Then they send it to collections saying we didn't pay, we paid YOU lost the check! Not to mention they charged over 600.00 to put in JUST A TOLIET per the receipt! Stupid me I should have asked for the price, I didn't know they would triple the cost on what you can buy one at the store.

Thank you!! Just before a record cold snap, our furnace stopped heating! Stephanie on the phone was very nice. Alex arrived within a couple hours despite the fresh snow and ice on the roads. The problem turned out to be fairly minor - a dirty sensor - and a quick fix. Alex explained everything in easy to understand terms, outlined future situations we might encounter, and was very polite through all of it. He was careful of our floors, considering the slushy outdoor conditions. I would absolutely call Northwest again!

Exceptional Customer Service from beginning to end. "Julie" listened to my dilemma like it was her own. Service technician Jake came out initially and explained to me what he felt needed to be replaced and was extremely helpful in my questions. Ryan at Northwest was FANTASTIC! My husband and I were at work when they came so we had my mother let them in. I left a list of ALLLL the stuff that needed fixed: two leaky faucets, a shower drain that leaks into the down stairs, and the HVAC humidifier died. They completed ALL of the work at a VERY reasonable price. Ryan even showed me how he fixed the handles to the faucets! Very professional. Just called them again today for another job! Cannot recommend them enough!

NW did the plumbing when we built our house 27 years ago and we are still using them today. Ryan came out today to replace the faucet in out garage that was leaking. He was very courteous ..respectful of my house,..and did a great job. I did not think they over charged. I am the daughter of a plumber so I do know how hard plumbers work.

Called to setup appointment for quoting replacement of Furnace and AC. They charge $30.00 to quote an over $6000 sale? Must not be very confident in the sales/quoting department if they have to charge leads for quotes.
