I have been a patient at the Arrowhead facility on Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur Georgia for a over a month now and I can honestly say that there's nothing I can say negative about this facility and it's staff. The very first day that I walked through Arrowheads door I was greeted with the warmest welcome from the staff at the front desk that instantly I felt comfortable. This facility cleanliness is impeccable the staff make sure that everything is wiped clean and sanitized after each use. The doctors are friendly and amazing at their craft. In August, I was in a car accident. And I was recommended to go to Arrowhead(Wesley Chapel) The staff there is very nice, they knew me by name by my 2nd day of coming to their facility. They helped my back get back right after my car accident. When my kids started they were so scared but after a few days being there, they adjusted to treatment. The hours are perfect for my schedule and I love that the medical doctor comes twice a week so I don't have to travel to them. Also, i love that they clean between pts and it is never crowded at my appt time which is great since we have to social distance.

Overall the staff is friendly I will not let one bad apple spoil it for the whole bunch because the ladies there are so caring. The staff (ladies) go above and beyond there job for the patients. The one thing I would say would help is another doctor because the wait can be a bit much and with so many people coming in at once it can be hard on every one. The staff makes it worthwhile.
