I would highly recommend TEAM Bootcamp. I lost over half a stone in 1 week. Our Trainers Sharpie and Woody were absolutely FANTASTIC. I really enjoyed each and every session! There was such variety and also they were very knowledgeable trainers!! Our Front House Manager Priya, she was also absolutely FANTASTIC and was such a pleasure to be around and made us all feel well looked after. We also loved the dynamic between Priya and Sharpie they are a good laugh. The food was also great and we had such variety(my only constructive feedback would be the chia seeds). Also all staff at Team have been great with keeping up with the Covid guidelines!! My biggest hats off has to go to Priya, who over the last few days, has been exceptional stepping in and also did an amazing job yesterday in making sure everyone was happy and calm. Paula and Craig I commend you for a great business and such amazing staff.

This was my second trip to team boot camp and once again I've had an amazing week. The trainers were fantastic, really motivating and they made the sessions really challenging but fun. I've lost weight but gained so much energy. Thanks Ash, Kevin and all the team for a great week I can't thank you enough. Ursy.

SO HARD but even with the mud, rain and tears, it was easily one if the best things I’ve ever done. The whole team are fantastic, warm, welcoming, professional and super encouraging. Kev and Ash are incredible trainers and push you to the max. The house is cosy and comfortable, just what you need after a full days exercise. I also felt very comfortable with covid measures taken both on and off site. The food was delicious too. I would recommend to anyone of any age, size, fitness level. Well done guys, keep up the good work. ??

What can I say ...... just amazing. I have just come home after a great two weeks at Team Bootcamp. I am a stone lighter and I feel so much more confident and happy. I am in shock that I lost 10cms from my waist. The exercise is very full on but amazing. The trainers are motivating and encouraging and definitely push you to reach your full potential. I liked the variation in training and also having active recovery days. During my second week I hurt my knee but this did not hinder my progress. The trainers took this into consideration and made sure I knew what to do if the exercise they had set was painful. I also enjoyed the indoor facility when it was wet! I met some lovely people who I will definitely stay in contact with and plan to continue to motivate each other on our fitness journeys. I was a bit nervous to go due to the current situation with Covid and being with lots of people I didn't know. The team were amazing with making sure that everything was clean, masks worn when needed, temperatures taken and made me feel very happy and safe. I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve their fitness, lose some weight and have some fun. However, you definitely get out what you put in to the sessions! Thank you to the team for making the experience so great.

Fantastic 3 weeks at TEAM Bootcamp, lost 2st whilst I was there and by implementing what I learnt I'm still losing weight now I'm home. Great trainers in Reg, Rhys and Ash, all with there own unique style to get the most out of you whilst keeping you on your toes and maximise fitness gains. You'll definitely see me back (but certainly not at the weight I was on my first weigh in)! Thanks to all at TEAM.

I’ve just completed a week at bootcamp and I found it to be a wonderful experience. The training was hard, which I expected. The facilities and equipment were very good including a well equipped gym. The food was a revelation. At first I wondered how I was going to survive on such a different diet and the small portion sizes compared to what I was used to but the daily menu was surprisingly tasty, well balanced and kept me going through each day’s activities. The manor house was spacious and felt plush and relaxing. My room was large, with plenty of hanging space and I slept well in the large, comfortable bed. Situated in the Shropshire countryside with the river Severn and all that nature on the doorstep, there couldn’t be a better place to reset, unwind and be looked after. My thanks to everyone in our group and especially to our trainer. His training programme was tough but tailored to all our abilities and I found his mindset talks fascinating. Plus thanks to the other support staff who made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger during our stay, and to Paula and Craig Williams who made this possible. I would definitely recommend a stay here to get away from the daily grind; to re-set and re-energise and participate in the training programme to lose weight.

Well what a fantastic result 4 weeks at Team bootcamp and 20lbs of fat gone!! The whole Team are exceptional Front of House Georgia and Prya the chefs Nicki and Ricci where the paleo food was delicious and varied. The Trainers Ash, Rhys and Woody, so professional and all are exceptional motivators. Thank you Nicola for our one to one's and helping me with my mindset and sugar addiction. I am a 59 year old and was 2.7 stone overweight I was dreading Bootcamp as my fitness wasn't great! So you have to dig deep at times as you are worked very hard and it's not for the faint hearted! My results are amazing, thank you so much Craig and Paula, you have a unique Facility in a beautiful location. All the best everyone....

I can honestly say that TEAM Bootcamp saved my life. It is an incredible, unique and transformative place. Before I arrived I was miserable, unfit, self-loathing and deep-rooted in very unhealthy habits. By the time I left I didn’t recognise my old self - I was happier, healthier and more confident than I have felt in a decade. My time at TEAM not only overhauled my body, but also my mindset. The training is first rate and predominantly outside - making it feel very COVID-safe. The trainers are fantastic, ensuring that sessions are varied, fun and suitable for all levels. Proper form is a focus to prevent injury and I left with fitness skills to continue my progress at home. The Conquer Food programme, which involves both group sessions and 1-1s - provided a safe space in which I could finally start to resolve my unhealthy relationship with food and my body. Moreover, it’s simply a lovely place to be. The house is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, the food is utterly sensational. I can not recommend TEAM enough. It’s a priceless investment in yourself. I’ll be back!

Just back from a two week stint at Team Bootcamp. Went for a break following months of lockdown and to reboot my fitness.... and it certainly accomplished both. Now the camp is not for the faint hearted !!! It’s a massive personal challenge and you are held accountable in each and every session. So if you are wanting to make a change to your lifestyle, lose those Unwanted pounds or just get fitter, I would highly recommend. Accommodation is great and a huge shout out to the trainers who really made the experience. Would definitely go again!

Team Bootcamp was life-changing for me. I have a compulsive eating disorder and have gained and lost the same 50 lbs more times than I can count. Bootcamp helped me get my compulsive eating back under control. I lost 30 lbs in six weeks and have kept it off, and have maintained a healthy relationship with food. I can’t wait to go back for my next phase down to my healthiest weight.

Team bootcamp was great. I lost 11 pounds in 1 week which which tbh was a secondary benifit versus improvements in mobility and eating habits. It cant be easy striking a balance between authority / discipline and trating people like adults, but the team pull it off perfectly.

TEAM Bootcamp is an amazing place, composed by great staff, a beautiful manor, an ideal Location offering lots of possibilities to enjoy the great landscape of the English countryside. The trainers, the program and the whole process at TB is made to support and challenge individuals to brake old unhealthy patterns and build new healthy ones. I Met inspiring fellow campers. I am a new person and it is definitely the best decision I made for my health and well-being in the recent years!

Exercise was varied each day - really appreciated there was a tough day and then a recover day with long walks. Even on tough days we had fun with group exercises. The trainers kept you on your toes - they quickly assess your abilities and pushed you to get the best in you but were also very very supportive of your journey. The House team looked after us so well - as good as a 5 star hotel. Facilities are awesome, the house Is welcoming - comfortable beds and great showers. Loads of different areas to train in as well as long walks on recover days around the beautiful countryside. Won’t lie the week was tough but I got the results I wanted and highly recommend TEAM Bootcamp to others.

This is an amazing place. Not only is it challenging and effective at loosing weight but it encourages a mindset change which helps the long term progress. Each time I have been I have got life skills and life long friends. The trainers are amazing, approachable and inspirational themselves. Be prepared for a challenge but if your up for it they will do everything to help you succeed.

Team Bootcamp is awesome - great location, accommodation, trainers, great facilities, even the food is pretty darned good - I don’t think any other Bootcamp offers what they have - if you are on the fence, feeling like lockdown set you back, maybe fed up dreaming that your lifestyle would change of its own free will - I cannot recommend highly enough - if anyone can set you back on track - whether you have short or long term goals, Male or female, old or young, fit already or havent ever exercised in your life, give this a chance. When you meet you goals, just make sure to gain a bit each year just to have an excuse to keep coming back!

Really enjoyed my stay with team boot camp, I was pushed hard but not beyond my limits both by the training team and fellow “campers”. I was 62 when I went to lose a few pounds and refocus on my fitness goals, since then weight has stayed off, I have started walking the Munro’s and am planning my second marathon as I turn 66. As with everything you get out what you put in and team boot camp provided a lovely location, great instructors, plus the food and support to allow me to reach my goals.

Team Bootcamp is a more holistic way of looking to lose weight and keep it off. Yes you work out a lot, and they will push you much further than you ever thought possible, and yes you will eat healthy but more than that they also teach you things about yourself that may impact the way you have lived your life that caused weight gain. I learned so much about myself, in terms of how noise affected me and stressed me that then caused me to eat too much. Craig, Paula and the team will try and get to the route of your issues and then solve those as well as work you hard and teach you sensible eating. - I have not only kept the weight off that I lost there but kept losing. Fully recommend

Boot camp is amazing, I lost a ton of weight and the friends you make there are friends you will keep for a life time, if you are stuck in a rut and have have justeat.com open on any given device, snack through the day, lack motivation to do your own fitness like going to the gym then this place will sort you right out, it's ran like an army boot camp and the trainer's there are ready to sort you out, you get up early in the morning you HAVE to have your water bottle sorted then your doing fitness all day, it's thrilling and you have no time to think about what your doing or why your there cuz you already doing the next thing of the day. I did one week and it has changed my life I've stayed fit and understand about the comfort zone and always drink water... Sometimes when your hungry... You just need water. I highly reccomend, stop reading the reviews and just go, stop thinking and start doing ??? THANK YOU TEAM BOOTCAMP

TEAM bootcamp really does live up to its name. You should expect to work hard but you get rewarded by the results. I spent a great week and lost weight (3.5kg) and inches. The food was delicious - I did not feel hungry at all. An added bonus is that the local area is lovely (you get to see the countryside on the odd hike). This is not a spa break, but it will get you fitter, leaner and give you some good ideas about how to eat better.

Team bootcamp saved my life I booked in for 12 weeks, unfortunately I was only there for 10 days and nights before lockdown. In those 10 days I could feel the difference in my outlook physically and mentally .There was no judgement of my weaknesses.The support from Paula and her team that included the trainers the chef the wonderful ladies that cleaned my room. Daily motivational talks/meditation . I loved the accommodation and the food. I am so eager to get back to complete my 12 weeks which is likely to be very soon. It’s hard work but you see and feel the results.Team bootcamp has given me the inspiration to live again. If you are looking for the best Then you have found it . During lockdown at home, bootcamp have provided virtual training daily podcasts and provided live question and answer clinics about related subjects. Surplus to this we have had zoom calls and conquer food support.

It’s not just the fitness/weight loss/food aspect, but the calm environment and the general holistic approach to people that makes it work. If you want extra advice (over & above what they tell you) you can always catch up with one of the trainers on a walk or at some point & they will chat to you. I’m a 50 year old woman (logged in on my teenagers account ?) and Team Bootcamp is somewhere I don’t feel ‘invisible’ !

This is one of the best things I have done in my 60 yrs on planet earth. I've been 3 times and each week has been inspiring, fun and recharged my batteries. I have consistently lost weight from my first visit over a year ago, following the diet, portion control and fitness programmes into my normal life. Amazing bootcamp. Friendly welcome from all staff. I love the military style camp- especially with timings so people are not late and you get to start on time and work hard. Trainers push you to get the best out of camp but ultimately you have got to want to do it. Complete mix of fitness levels but it honestly does not matter, trainers adapt the activity to suit the individual if needed, there is a great team atmosphere amongst campers to encourage each other. Trainers not only look to push you in training but help with form on activities to make sure you are doing it safely. Love the variety of sessions, and the new indoor facility adds another dimension to training. Location is stunning. Food is delicious and you don’t ever feel hungry. I booked in for a massage and that was really good and helped the next day! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here- couldn’t ask for a better team to train you- have booked to come back.

My first camp was absolutely amazing. Fit or not fit this weeks pushes you to your limits and makes you see you are capable of anything. The trainers here are professional, experts and tough , but they know your limits and will push you so you achieve your goal for the week. They are empaths and ensure you enjoy the week above all while achieving some great results. Looking forward to going back

08-Mar-2020The camp was great, so were the coaches and the program. The food was good as well, although some reviews were saying otherwise. But my negative point goes to the follow up, they were supposed to send me information about food and other matters to move on with the good habits, it was part of the package. Even after calling twice and emailing them, nothing was received. Although the coaches were so great, the administration should do lots of improvement.

07-Mar-2020I have been to this Bootcamp 3 times and I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers are very attentive, get to know all their clients and get the best out of everyone at every session whatever their level. The whole experience is holistic and you cannot go and fail to make friends with fellow campers and staff at TEAM bootcamp. I always feel good about myself after a week here - not just because of weight loss but because of what I have eaten, how much sleep I have got and the way I am made to feel welcomed and valued by Paula, Craig Williams, Ashley Evans, Reg Swallow and all the crowd. The ambassadors are the best too - Georgia Cutting, Ricardo Mussi :)

Omg i am so thankful for the guys here at team bootcamp. I have been gaining so much wieght over the years and had tried everything but it was this place and the amazing staff n care team who have looked after my needs, mentally physically n emotionally. I have been here for 8 weeks now n i have losted an amazing 60 lbs. I feel so so lighter, greater n stronger and i must look damnnn good. The food is paleo and i have not yet had any food repeated apart from some snacks being repeated but in overall the food is lushious and so yummy finally seeing healthy taste good and so much variety. Training omg it was a body shock but after that first day. I must say yes i felt dead exhausted and tired but i found inner peace that i was a fighter and i felt so amazing i had accomplished the session. As long as i had put in my 100 percent in the exercises. And now with the trainers explaining wat muscle or part of body i am working on it feels good so i can continue this for my future. I had left camp for two days on a slight business emergency but my brother was eating his a fat juicy donner kebab which i used to demolish but because i have been in this wonderful peaceful stress free environment i did not even care or get jealous or upset that he is eating that food i felt so gooood. I love this place n team

Had a fab week at Bootcamp. Tasty food and lovely people. The workouts are hard but always manageable and our trainers were great with us. I lost 13.5 pounds in one week. I started at 13.7 st and at 5’10 was quite surprised how much I lost. Thanks

The best Bootcamp... Fact! Tasty paleo food and great nutrition classes. The staff are incredibly experienced and it is obvious they care. My personal results have been incredible and 1 guy even lost 20lbs in 1 week!!! The fitness and activities are varied and the addition of the indoor training facility is perfect for winter training.

The first residential fitness boot camp I have ever been to (I'm much more of a beach and G&T kinda person) but I was amazed at how fun and effective this whole experience was. Ok... I was hungry, but it was manageable and the results were incredible.

28-Jul-2018Just returned from one week at boot camp and feeling stronger, slimmer and most importantly fitter. The week was exactly as advertised, lots of hard work, plenty of variety, good food and great instruction. I was alittle nervous to start as recently had a shoulder op, but the trainers always made sure I had alternatives to do that pushed me if I physically couldn't do things. This camp is definitely suitable for everyone, no matter what your level of fitness and there is support no matter what your goals (you will also meet some great people and have lots of laughs) There is a variety of activities throughout the day so you never get bored or fed up with the same routine. The instructors, Reg and Ash, were brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and professional, pushing us hard and most importantly making sure we challenged ourselves. Thank you everyone for a great week, my only regret is that we didn't book in for longer! xxx

The team were excellent, including Taz and Ash our trainers, Paula and Craig, Ellen, all the support staff and of course all the other campers. The hard work mixed with good fun means some of us have become great friends and will continue to support each other now we are home. I'm already following some of the nutrition guidelines, but I am having a well deserved 'rest day' today. Thanks to everybody for a really memorable and thought provoking week.

If you are serious about getting fitter and lose weight this is a great place to do it but you have to be prepared to work hard. Our trainers Tazz and Ash were brilliant. Loads of different types of exercises and plenty of support. After this experience I am planning to change my diet and training routine to maintain the gains I have made. Also met some lovely people from all different walks of life. If you are thinking about whether to do it my advice would be just book it, you won't regret it.

29-Jun-2018I Have just returned home from two weeks at Bootcamp. I am a 61 year old semi retired man and have a bit of a weight issue. At camp I was introduced to a new way of eating and had all the background behind it. The physical side was conducted by very experienced knowledgeable trainers who encouraged me to try my hardest and then a bit more.The food was well prepared healthy and tasty. All the staff were encouraging and highly professional.I lost weight and came away more flexible.

Amaizing Bootcamp! Fabulous food and very informative nutrition clases. The variety of fitness classes and different activities make each day unique. The staff are very experienced and they genuine care for everyone. It’s very economic if you consider everything they organise and they got to offer you. I also have results beyond my imagination. I have just finished a week here at Team Bootcamp and I can honestly say it was brilliant. I wanted to come to increase my fitness and wellbeing and it's certainly done that. There was an added bonus that I lost 13lbs (started at 16 stone 1lb, left at 15 stone 2lb). Reg the trainer was fabulous and I can't sing his praises enough. He pushed when needed but also modified the training if you needed it. I'm definitely coming back next year!
