Went for the first time last night and already can't wait to go again. 100% Halal food in Hollywood? YES. PLEASE. Throw Dubai in the name and I will live there. I haven't been able to find Peri Peri chicken anywhere besides Toronto, Dubai or the UK. D's Dubai Sauce has it and it is heavenly! Plus all their sauces are DELICIOUS. The chicken kebob wrap and fries were perfection too. Superb service, plenty of seating. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

This was amazing. My family and I were in the area and found Dubai Sauce. The area itself is a but scary and my dad would not let me go back to our car to get my jacket because of it. The food was amazing. I ordered the Beef Steak Kabob and it was amazing. Starting with the side of fries, it was tasty, crunchy, and amazing. My other side of rice was okay, and I have tried Mediterranean rice that is much better. This was plain and kind of not good. The sauces were not fit for me, it was either not tasty, good, or too spicy. The Beef Steak Kabob though, it was amazing!!!

I always get Mediterranean food here and they have never failed. My vegetarian friends say they have great falafel plus they've made massive upgrades to accommodate guests and make it a nice atmosphere. You can't go wrong. Oh and both the white and green sauce are really good.

A really nice Halal food place right at the Hollywood avenue at the central most part of the walk of fame. They serve really awesome Shwarmas, Gyro, Falafel, Kabob etc. The restaurant is super clean and so is the restroom. Staff is super friendly and they serve the food in the time they commit. (They prepare your food fresh after you place the order, so you need to be patient with the serving time). Prices are moderate, all in all a good spot for a Halal lunch/dinner while site seeing on the Hollywood Boulevard

when I walked in this gyro restaraunt I thought it was going to be just another run-of-the mill joint! After my first bite of his delightful, authentic, and innovative tastes I was sold! I hadn't eaten Arabic food this good since the 1980's. usually toned down for western palates, this food was the real deal! Clearly this cook payed close attention to his family recipes! The Tahini had a lemony zest with real Zatar on top, the Taboule was perfect, and the meat is old world tender and flavorful! This place is a must go!

This was some of the best chicken I've had in a long time though. I got the chicken kebab platter with fries & hummus as my sides. The chicken was so fresh & tender & cooked perfectly! The seasoning on it was amazing & the charred edges were perfect. The fries were still crispy yet soft & the rice was delicious with the white sauce on top of it. I will say the pita bread wasn't that good. I would give it like a 2/10. It's pretty tasteless & thin but it was good with the hummus & with the white sauce. Also same with the rice - it was kinda dry but once you added the white sauce on top it changed to be pretty dang good. Overall I will DEFINITELY be getting this again & I hope it's not just a one time fluke & it really is this good normally. I guess we'll just have to see lol

This is the best chicken kabob plate I've had in a long time. Many food places make many different variations but wow, this one is a real winner. The chicken spice was so on point, the chicken cooked to perfection, the rice was so fluffy, the hummus flavor was perfect. Most places have bland hummus in my opinion so I was quite impressed with this one. The pita was great, I mean all in all, this is my new obsession. I WILL be ordering from here again. I LOVE Mediterranean food and this place HITS THE SPOT! I also love to eat out late and this place opens till 2am! I've tried so many middle eastern restaurants, especially since I live in the valley, and I've come to know good high quality authentic falafel, hummus, tzatziki sauce, wraps and this place is delicious!! Stumbled into this place while visiting LA. I live in a town full of very good middle eastern restaurants and am super sick of that type of food but needed a quick meal. I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent Halaal food for visitors to Hollywood. This place is 100% Halaal and does not sell pork or alchohol as some other "Halaal" places do. We are from Cape Town, South Africa and went there everyday for four days while staying Hollywood. Both the beef and chicken burgers were fantastic. The wraps and plates were great too. Service was very good.

When I visited both wife and husband were behind he counter preparing orders, after a quick conversation I found out they have been in business for 36 years, now that's what I call consistency in quality and customer service. Today was a good day Elhamdulileh! I was starving but i eat only halal so... I found this spot on yelp, i called they told me it was halal so i went. On the walls, the doors, everywhere it says HALAL 100%, ZABIHA. I was so happy, i ordered a burger with chicken tenders and fries with a soda for $12, VERY GOOD and FRESH. SHAWN was super nice, i will be going there from now when i am in the area.

Not too many places get or even give a second chance. D's Dubai is a rare occurrence, I had a small issue with the delivery that left a very sour taste in my mouth. After leaving a yelp review the owner immediately contacted me and offered a free meal or refund. I reordered the food and the manager of the location walked me through my order, ensured all was well and had the food hot and ready when I got there. I love this place and the ethics of the owner are second to none.

Parking was a pain in the butt too, but I'm a 10 year, LA veteran. I can find free parking within two blocks of anywhere at this point. After the final level of weaving around a homeless person shouting at me to 'give him his teeth back,' I was in. The dude behind the register was watching Rap music videos of this artist I had never heard of. The place was empty. Not looking good. I ordered the Dubai special. Oh. My. God. It was FIRE. Possibly the best mixed shawarma I have had in LA. It was some type of lamb/Beef/chicken fusion meat chopped up and drenched in "Dubai Sauce." Woh! It was a creamy, tangy, smokey, wet seasoning rub akin to a very good curry and salty cool tzatziki sauce. I mixed it in with the rice and DEVOURED it. Solid hummus. Solid Falafel. I may not come back right away due to its location and I can almost guarantee that sauce isn't healthy - but don't miss this place. It's bomb.

Fantastic! This is the best gyros in LA. I was there on a Sunday and the guys working there were great. I've loved D's Dubai Sauce since they first opened because was one of the very reliable places in Hollywood to get food after 10pm and I could always count on them. Great food, speedy service, great customer service. The real reason I gave them 5 Stars is because I had an issue with one of the employees who broke policies in front of me and I wasn't comfortable buying my food there. I wrote a review about my experience and Ali, the manager, completely took responsibly for the issue. He got rid of the employee and took action where he needed to. He also provide me with an incredible experience and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for food, but also for excellent customer service.

The food here is amazing and halal. Dubai Mix is a must try. Tried all the sauces and liked green the best, but all were good. The person at the register was also very friendly and nice about letting us try the different sauces. Would be nice if they put in a few extra touches like free water and having plates instead of just plastic containers. Even without that, the food makes this place a solid 5 stars. Come here expecting good food, no frills.
