I contacted Dustin on a Friday to help me find a high quality care home for my grandmother. Right away he was personable, disarming, and very transparent about our options. He found a place that came highly recommended in less than 24 hours. I mean, he messaged me on Saturday morning and assured me he was working on it. What?! This after months of getting the runaround from other locating services. My parents, who were reluctant but knew they really needed to place her, went and toured the care home that same day. He arranged the tour, and met them there. They came back raving about Dustin, as well as the care home. Its beautiful, its spotless, it smells nice! It has high ceilings, they were so nice, the residents all looked happy! Whatever it was they though they were going to find, they came back very happy. After sleeping on it for a couple days, they decided to go ahead and place her there. Within a week (because WE chose to wait that long), she moved into her new home and is doing really well. They pay close personalized attention to her, and take good care of her. I couldn't be more impressed with Dustin and how quickly and diligently he worked to find the right place for my grandma.
