Okay there is one, I would like to take Dr.Banks hands home with me to make me feel better at any time, and I can't lol. After having a car accident its nice to walk into an establishment and be greeted with kindness and respect, and I always feel that way when I see Lisa Anderson the chiropractor assistant there. Queen got after me about doing my exercises correctly, and she checked my pressure based off the issues I was telling her I was having. She is awesome about taking the time to listen about what was going on with me when I had a problem over the phone and executing a plan the very next day. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone that has been injured in a car accident. I don't like to feel I'm getting taken advantage of and I don't feel that way with these beautiful ladies. Dr. Banks is professional and has an amazing "bedside" manner. Dr. Banks has kept me updated on my progress and explains in detail my care and the injuries I've experienced. In all honesty I can't say that I have a plethora of other clinics opposite Arrowhead to compare the company and my personal experiences with them to, but I do know people. I do have an understanding of what I like to call the "human condition", which encompasses compassion, service, care, temperament, understanding, patience, consistency and quality. From my personal experiences, they reside on the higher end of all these facets. As I rest here atop this treatment table, awaiting my hands-on adjustment for the day and reflect on the way I felt on the day of my initial adjustment leading up to today, I can truthful say that I'm receiving the definition of "quality treatment":)

Arrowhead has a wonderful and friendly staff. Ms. Lisa whom I met first has been a tremendous help since day one. She treated me like family and cared about how I was feeling. If I was late she would call to see if I was alright and if I was still coming or did I need to rescheduled. I then met Dr Banks whom was generally concern about my situation. She has been friendly and has had the same welcoming attitude and approach since I've been seeing her. I can feel a difference and see an improvement in the care I've been giving. I used care instead of treatment, because they developed a relationship with you and not just want to treat you. The last, but not least is Ms. Taylor. Whom is the youngest of this staff. She has been very polite and keeps my spirits up. She encourages me and advised me that I will get better in do time. I'm glad that Arrowhead has these three beautiful, lovely ladies representing them. I would recommend this particular clinic of choice if you live in the Savnnah area. i'm writing this review because this was my first experience with a chiropractor. I went into this not knowing how it would go and i would say that I'm very pleased. The staff that they have in there working is very friendly. I think if you ever been in an accident and you're just stuck on which way to go call or come by to see them. Lisa and Taylor are the first faces you will see and I guarantee you that they would be able to get you on the right track. Dr. Banks is very warming and have a great spirit where as you would feel right at ease with no pain when she done with you. Take my advice, seek care here.....

I absolutely love this place and the wonderful staff I look forward to coming here every Monday and Wednesday for rehab. The nurses work with you and work around your schedule and are very understanding and treats you like a family I wouldn't change coming here for anything
