Shawn and his tech did a professional job steam cleaning the carpet, moving some furniture and protecting the rest from the moisture. He gave a quote over the phone and came out promptly the next day to do the work. They also cleaned the slate tile in the shower and sealed it. The built-up soap residue is gone! I have a quote for cleaning and sealing saltillo tile - that may be the next project! Thanks, Shawn!

We called Tucson Professional Steam Cleaning to clean our air ducts and the carpets in our condo, there were not many companies that could do both. The manager, Shawn, was very professional on the phone and the pricing was good. Mike and Tim were the techs they sent and were both efficient and knowledgable. We also ended up getting our dryer vent cleaned, and a good thing we did there was a wasp nest in the dryer vent. The carpets came out great and we are very grateful we called these guys. Shawn listened to my main criteria: don't soak the carpets- I want them dry within a day. Voila! They came out pristine. I highly recommend them. Check out before and after pics - a salsa accident, left to dry, then I put damp towel over the stain until TPSC were able to come - stains lifted fully and completely! Five stars all the way!
